School Visit

At any point in the booking process we will be happy to send a company representative along to meet the organising staff or to meet staff and parents.

To make a no obligation provisional booking

To make sure you get the dates and activities you want, call us on 01540 210 000 and talk to one of our advisers to make a no obligation provisional booking. We will then reserve the space and send you a Booking form and any other details you require to help with your booking.

Confirmation

Return your completed Booking Form with deposits for each paying member of the party. We will then forward your confirmation pack and outline programme.

Final balance

The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival providing payment and paperwork has been received by Active, we will forward your final details & programme.
